Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us.

Robin Lane online accepts returns and exchanges on unaltered and non-sale items that are unused, unworn, without scent, in sellable condition with all original tags attached. Please repack in original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of the outgoing ship date from Vermont or may be subject to refusal, a restocking fee or refunded as store credit only. All returns and exchanges must have a RA# (return approval#) written on return package. 

For Returns and Exchanges, please EMAIL customercare@robinlane.com stating the reason for your return request, either for refund, credit or exchange. A return approval # will be issued by email and must be written on the outside of your shipping package to be accepted.

Exchanges on full priced merchandise will be sent free of charge. Please email customercare@robinlane.com to verify stock availability.

Goods exempt from being returned are: Gift Cards, Sale Items, Items Worn or without original tags attached. Items not in original condition, or damaged due to reasons beyond our production process are non returnable. We reserve the right to inspect garments for signs of use, which will eliminate the possibility of return.

Items received by return more than14 DAYS after delivery was originally sent out may be eligible for store credit only.

When shipping Returns. Please be sure to have your RA# (return approval) clearly written on outside of shipping box.

You are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. This does not include processing time for payment to appear back in your account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be returned and are considered final sales.

Exchanges 

We accept returns of garments that are unused, unworn, unaltered and  odorless with all original tags attached and in original packaging.  Exchanges received after 14 Days of RLC outgoing shipment will not be accepted. Be sure to have your approved RA# clearly written on outside of package.

Please check online to see it the item you wish to exchange for is available. We will hold your request for exchange. We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you'd like an exchange for the same item in another size, or for suggestions with fit in similar styles, please email customercare@robinlane.com

We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. Be sure to add tracking when sending return.
